Article Two - Consumer’s Legal Capacity:

  1. The consumer acknowledges having full legal capacity to engage with the store, or that they are at least 18 years old.
  2. If the consumer violates this article, they bear full legal responsibility for the consequences.

Article Three - Nature of Obligation:

  1. The store’s obligation towards consumers is to provide the requested service or product.
